エラーが起こる可能性が あります	Road To Readingのプログラムの中の それぞれの国で、一冊の短い本を読むのですが マイクを使うことでお子さんの発音を録音してその場で 聴くという楽しみ方ができるはずなのですが マイクを使うと再生するときに画面が消えて終わってしまう という状況が起こる場合があることがわかりました。 （マイクを使わなければ消えません。） Macintoshでは起こらなかったというご報告をいただきました。 また、他のお店で同じタイトルのソフトをご購入されたお客様から 同じエラーが起こったとのご報告もいただきました。
エラーの解決法	このエラーについて、製造元に問い合わせをしましたが 以下のような回答がきました。私が試した限りではこれで 改善されることはありませんでした。 Please try the following before starting the program.   Press CTRL + ALT + Delete at the same time on your keyboard   Select an item in the list and click End Task   Do this until all programs are gone Except Explorer and Systray   Disable any anti-virus software Follow the instructions below to check the sound settings on your computer. 1. Double-click on the yellow speaker icon by your clock 2. Click on Options 3. Click on Properties 4. Select Playback 5. Make sure all items are checked in the scroll box 6. Click OK 7. Make sure all the slider bars are not all the way to the top or bottom. 8. Make sure none of the volume controls are muted. 9. Close the box
この点をご了解いただいて ご注文ください	今回、このエラー以外には問題がないようですが マイクを使って自分の発音を聴くという楽しさが減ってしまい とても残念ですが、このエラーについてはご了解いただいた上での ご購入とさせていただきますので、このエラーに対する返品、交換は いたしません。 解決法が見つかりましたらお知らせしたいと思います。 どなたかおわかりになる方がいらっしゃいましたらぜひ教えてください。
